Today would’ve been the third time taking my son to get his haircut. The appointment was for 9:00am and was confirmed yesterday. I arrived at 8:55am a...nd the door was locked. My son and I waited until 9:10 but no one showed up. I left a note on the door stating that we were there ON TIME. At 9:42 I get a text stating that “Darius Knight is ready for you now”. WTF?? We would’ve been sitting there for 42 mins waiting outside had we stayed. This is not how business owner should do business. He obviously has my # so he could’ve just called and said he would be running late. Then I would’ve just rescheduled. His shop smelled like weed the last time we were there but his haircuts are pretty decent which is why we were going back. Now, I’ll be looking for another barber for my son. Show more

I arrived at 9:08 just missed you didn't see the note till I stepped outside sorry I was ready at 9:10.. Sunday is a overtime day but I'm here! If you would've just called or texted I would have got you.. appointments are approved automatically so I actually didn't know I had a appointment but I was here though always very dependable!!
